İlk tarifte tavuk köftesi diye yaptığınız tarifin adı İç Anadolu usulü Besmeç'tir. Farklı yörelerde bu isimle farklı tarifler de yapılır. Annem sizin yaptığınızdan biraz daha büyük, avuç içi büyüklüğünde, benzetmek gerekirse ufo şeklinde yapar, daha az yağda yüzü kızarana kadar tavada pişirir ve uzaktan akrabalarımız geldiğinde annemden mutlaka yapmalarını isterler.İç malzemeleri isteğe göre az çok değişebilir. Herkes güzel yapamaz bazılarınınki kızarttıktan sonra dağılır. Bilmeyenler için büyük bi kayıp, biz bayılarak tüketiriz. Sizin de ellerinize sağlık, adını bilmediğinizi görünce ufak bi bilgilendirme olarak yazmak istedim 😊
