**Ribs Mixed Dry Stuffed Vegetables Recipe**

**Ingredients:**
– 20 dried eggplants
– 20 dried peppers
– Grape leaves for wrapping
– 400 grams of minced meat
– 2 cups of rice
– 3 dried onions
– 4-5 garlic cloves
– 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
– 1 bowl of tomato sauce
– 1 cup of olive oil
– Half a tea glass of pomegranate molasses
– A pinch of parsley
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper
– 1.5 teaspoons of salt

**For the topping:**
– 1 tea glass of sumac
– 1.5 cups of water (for sumac juice)
– 5-6 ribs

**Instructions:**

1. Boil the dried eggplants and peppers in hot water. Boil the peppers for 5 minutes and the eggplants for 10 minutes. Soak the brine leaves in hot water to release excess salt.

2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat, rice, onion, garlic, pepper paste, tomato paste, tomato sauce, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, parsley, black pepper, red pepper, and salt.

3. Place 5-6 ribs at the bottom of a pot. Layer the boiled dried eggplants on top. Then, layer the stuffed dried peppers and wrapped grape leaves on top of the eggplants.

4. Boil 1 tea glass of sumac and 1.5 cups of water in a separate pot for 2 minutes. Pour the boiled sumac juice over the stuffed vegetables.

5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed vegetables. Place an upside-down plate or a dolma stone on top of the pot. Once it starts to boil, simmer for another 45 minutes. Check the stuffed vegetables to ensure they are cooked, and cook a little longer if needed. The ribs will cook nicely during this time.

6. Serve the prepared stuffed vegetables hot.

Kaburgalı Karışık Kuru Dolma Tarifi

Gerekli Malzemeler:
– 20 adet kuru patlıcan
– 20 adet kuru biber
– Sarmalık yaprak
– 400 gr kıyma
– 2 su bardağı pirinç
– 3 adet kuru soğan
– 4-5 adet sarımsak
– 1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
– 2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
– 1 kase domates sosu
– 1 su bardağı zeytinyağı
– Yarım çay bardağı nar ekşisi
– 1 tutam maydanoz
– 1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber
– 1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı biber
– 1,5 tatlı kaşığı tuz

Üzeri İçin:
– 1 çay bardağı sumak
– 1,5 su bardağı su (sumak suyu için)
– 5-6 adet kaburga etleri

Yapılışı :

1. Kuru patlıcan ve biberleri kaynar suda haşlayın. Biberleri 5 dakika, patlıcanları ise 10 dakika haşlayın. Salamura yaprağının tuzunu çıkarmak için sıcak suda bekletin.
2. Kıyma, pirinç, soğan, sarımsak, biber salçası, domates salçası, domates sosu, zeytinyağı, nar ekşisi, maydanoz, karabiber, kırmızı biber ve tuzu bir kapta iyice karıştırın.
3. Tencerenin altına 5-6 adet kaburga etini yerleştirin. Üzerine sardığınız yaprakları, onun üzerine doldurduğunuz patlıcanları onun üzerine doldurduğunuz kuru biberleri yerleştirin.
4. Bir çay bardağı sumak ve 1,5 su bardağı suyu bir tencerede 2 dakika kaynatın. Kaynattığınız sumak suyunu dolmaların üzerine dökün.
5. Dolmaların üzerine zeytinyağı gezdirin. Tencerenin üstüne ters bir tabak veya dolma taşı yerleştirin. Kaynadıktan sonra 45 dakika daha kısık ateşte pişirin. Dolmaların piştiğini kontrol edin, gerekirse biraz daha pişirebilirsiniz. Kaburga etleri bu süre zarfında güzelce pişecektir.
6. Hazırladığınız dolmaları sıcak olarak servis edebilirsiniz.
