I am so intrigued with where this is going… buuuuuuut, I almost make something similar.. but also very different. I use california blend frozen veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot) and put that in the food processor until it's tiny pieces and put that in like that to my "egg bake"… I don't cook them separately.. but they are also tiny pieces and soft. Definitely no ranch seasoning… but other seasoning and more than just 6 eggs. Usually some feta or other cheese.
We are fed well on a Tuesday. 😁💕
