  1. Wish I had a grill like that in the '70's. We used to go into the Kissimmee and St. Cloud markets and ask for the bottom of the display brown steaks. Didn't take long, the butcher would see us coming and start reaching for the bottom. A friend's brother owned a butcher shop in Tampa. Any meat that had aged out a bit he froze. 4th of July and New Years day he invited the entire Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department. THAT was an invite I didn't have to think twice before accepting.

  2. Perfect meal, my friend, nicely done! I love the pasta with ham and cheese sauce. I’d bet that cheese sauce would go good over the cauliflower, as well! Heck! I would eat that cheese sauce as a soup with some crispy bread for dipping! I always thought that brown meat meant it wasn’t good any longer! Have you ever had Limburger cheese? 😬 Yeah! I think I could handle this one. I even have a molcajete (mortar and pestle)! Very nice meal! 🤗

  3. ❤❤❤Awesome meal that pasta looks so delicious. Back in the day Daddy would eat steak ,he would take us to the steak house for dinner on weekends when he could. He would eat steak that size.Thank you for sharing.😊😊Everything looks delicious. Wow!!!

  4. Watching this while eating ribeyes.. but those are some spot on sirloins. I’m going to have to give this one a shot. That marinade looks killer!!

FYI – the consistency in your content along with the meticulous detail does not go unnoticed. Want you to know you do a fantastic job. (I always try to guess the adjective you use before describing how the dish taste. Lol)

  5. Cauliflower answer. Must be a regional thing with this vegetable? I've been in Phoenix since 1973 and we've never had it served as a side. We used to go to Rawhide (steakhouse restaurant in nearby north Scottsdale; 1971-2005) and would get "Cowboy steaks" served on metal plates with beans and dinner rolls while we listened to whatever band was playing in the dining room. Same with other steakhouses… steak, green vegetable (green beans or asparagus), and a baked potato. I. am. intrigued. I have never seen/heard/tried cheese pasta with steak! I might be in the grocery store and kitchen tomorrow to surprise my wife with dinner! The beauty of all of this is in the sharing of recipes. Thank you! Cheers! Pete in Arizona – KI7LIL

  6. I like how thick that pasta is. Almost looks like a cacio e pepe. Personally I probably wouldn't have the ham in it since there's a giant steak on the plate, but hey, we all do what we like. Lately I have been buying sirloins from the butcher and been quite suprised with how good they are and how easy they eat. They arent too far off from a ribeye. Anyways, all that stuff looks good, great job!
