BROCCOLI SALAD
For the sauce of our salad, mix grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate syrup and salt in a separate bowl.
Clean the broccoli, cut into small pieces and boil.
Peel the carrots, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into 1 finger thick slices and boil. I boiled them for about 4-5 minutes, you can adjust the time by checking the carrots.
When the boiled broccoli and carrots cool, put them in a deep mixing bowl.
Add chopped spring onion, corn, chopped pickled gherkins and chopped red pepper.
