  2. I want to say thank you thank you thank you. You have such great videos, especially for people like me that have never really learned to cook with confidence. And some of the smaller things that you say during your videos, I grasp on to because I am an Overthinker and question everything I do in the kitchen. For example, one of many things in this video was that you said don’t wipe off the extra liquid. Leave it. 👏🏼👍
