Apple Fritter Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TB sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced apples
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat greased with bacon drippings.
Fry on both sides for two minutes, or until golden brown.

I think corn pone is what they serve at Crockett's breakfast camp in Gatlinburg. They just give you a spoonful of it with your meal. I think it is really good. ✍Hello Moss Family… So good to see you guys tonight. We're still getting snow ❄ and its super cold. I'm not a fan of cottage cheese so those pancakes don't even sound good to me. I guess my youngest daughter and her husband have been making those cottage cheese pancakes. Both my girls love just about any cheese. I still have my Christmas house flag up that I keep forgetting to take down. I'll try my best to remember tomorrow 😂 I love a good pancake, sausage, and fried egg day or night.
