Haha😂 I love your little Pat of the chicken, this sounds such a yummy and yet simple dish. Hell chilli’s (jalapeño) or cayenne I do avoid I can’t have chilli so glad you always mention the option of leaving it out cause the flavours are there anyway, just minus heat. Like the Pat to your air fryer too. In the air fryer they really do get a delicious crunch, these look great. Yum yum chicken for dinner. I like how you present the whole dish and I imagine it confuses people that you plate it up in your keep dishes all together. Maybe you could container those sort of things up separately in a video to show people how to do it at home. Thanks for another great dish Chef Jack

Honestly been doing this Meal Prep since the start of the year and it is truly so tasty and more importantly juicy! Even on Friday the final prep still tastes juicy and is NEVER dry!

My humble suggestion: don't ever cook with chicken breast unless it's your personal preference. Thigh and breast meat differ very little in calories without skin. But thigh meat is so much more flavourful and almost impossible to overcook whereas breast meat dries out very easily and is a very bland tasting meat.

Great that you are adding weight of different parts of the meal at the end. I can't store things in small containers as they take up too much space. As I'm having everything in one container it's great to know how much I need to take out of it each time😄

Hi Jack, nice video! A big fan of all your recipes and love to use chicken breast where possible, but always have an issue with "warmed over flavour" leaving the chicken with a rancid taste upon reheating that makes it inedible. Do you have any workarounds for this, or is it something you've encountered yourself? I've read theories that acids can stop this process, so marinade chicken can help. Any advice or mention of this in a video would be great!

I didn't see a link in the description for the air fryer you use. What brand do you use? I was specifically drawn to the attached basket that you can slide out without it falling off the counter as we don't have very much counter space.
