I’m back with my trusty rice cooker! Today I’m super busy so I decided a whole day of rice cooker meals would keep me fed with minimal effort (or dishes!) I made breakfast, lunch and dinner in my rice cooker, and because I know you guys love meals for one, I made just a single serving for myself!

“MEALS FOR ONE IN MY RICE COOKER! BREAKFAST LUNCH & DINNER RICE COOKER RECIPES! WHOLE DAY OF EATING!” üzerine 40 yorum

  1. Love these rice cooker videos so much. Bought one because of your first rice cooker meals video. It has been a game changer as a busy mom. I actually eat lunch now! 😮 haha. And frozen food is key with small kids. Handful of frozen veg, handful of some kind of starch, sauce, and keep on keeping on. This has been the best. My fed body thanks you! ❤

  2. Very excited to try some of the vids I have been binge watching. When I worked in an office I did instant oats. I added a sprinkle of cinnamon along with some PB and banana and it felt very decadent 🤣 But I started noticing other coworkers doing the same shortly afterwards. It just adds a little something to what could be a pretty mundane meal 😁

  3. I never knew a rice cooker was so versatile. I'll be buying one. Can't wait to try the rice, edamame, and shrimp. I often stir fry cabbage, carrots, and red onion with a protein. I'll be trying that in the rice cooker also. As a senior little meals are how I cook, so thanks for the great ideas!

  4. I just found your channel. I live alone and am always fighting the temptation to make a bowl of cereal or eat a lot of junk for dinner. I'm always looking for easy recipes!!! Something I created this evening was a savory oatmeal. I did it in the microwave, but it would work in the rice cooker. I used chicken bone broth for the liquid. Actually, a powder and then added water. Either way, be careful with the seasoning level if you add any extra seasoning. It will be way more intensely seasoned after it is cooked. Two more things I did different from I usually do include: 1. Tossing my (steel cut) oats on a sheet pan and setting them into the toaster oven while it preheated to cook my fried eggs. The oats came out smelling so toasty and nutty that I'm going to do this all the time now. (It's a great hack if you have any that are a bit stale, too!) And 2. Cooking them until they were super thick, more like a grain bowl. Adding my fried eggs and letting them be the rich, umami-bombs on top, I didn't even wait to sit down before I dug in. 10/10!
