Snack time can be tough for many, if you prep your snacks just like any of your meals it doesn’t have to be. These two recipes are high in protein and don’t need to be reheated making for quick food to help you out.

Just in time for new years rezos
wird das in einer Blechdose übersetzt ?
Step 1) Go to the Store and Buy a $6 Rotisserie Chicken.
I have never once even remotely 'struggled when it comes to snack time' lmao
man that looks fire af
I've been inhaling the pretzel bites you made a video about some time ago. Thank you snack city mayor
$5 costco rotisserie chicken enters the chat
I just can't get myself to eat leftover chicken in any way. I love chicken made fresh. But no matter what recipe or cut I try (I've tried heavily-sauced stuff and using thighs, etc) to meal prep with chicken, the second day onward always just has that warmed-over reheated awful chicken flavor. I don't know if I'm more sensitive to it or something, but it makes me want to puke. Really limits my meal prep options.

Omg – you’re cute! I’ve never seen your face before.
Sounds very tasty!
FYI: The links to the recipes are missing from the description. Instead it just says "LINK"
You forgot the number 1 Rotisserie Chicken recipe. Cut up and mixed into a bag of Dole Ultimate Caesar salad pack
Honestly this is the most logical and useful channel I have ever seen on YouTube. Great job man. 👍🏽🍲
Can I use rotisserie chicken?
BYE! 😂
What the fuck is with all the vegetables man. You've changed
Could you also use ground chicken for either of these recipes?
is your mom from Guam? Man i love kelaguen….
Zwilling doesnt care about the snack cities of Canada or outside the US. I can't support them. 😮💨
Comparing cost savings of buying a whole chicken like this vs a pack of breasts/thighs would be cool
You do have a face!!
Chuck a whole lemon up that clucker's clacker before you roast it, you're welcome
6:11 You didn't pew-pew laser temp check. Missed the opportunity.
For the love of everything holy, do NOT pull your breast at 165. Unless you like to eat chalk. You can pull it at 150 for a large chicken like this. When you’re doing boneless skinless breasts, pull them at 155. They always carry over to a safe temp.
@TheMealPrepManual are you going to do your new years sale again this year?
Not everyone in the comments with their "RoTiSsErIe ChIcKeN" comments.
Anyway, I'm glad you're still doing this. I found you over two years ago, joined the Army, and stopped mean prepping during the last year and a half of training. I finally made it home to stay on the 18th… and wanted to get back into meal-prep again.
Please excuse me while I catch up on old favorites and new noms!🎉
