  1. Cowboy Kent Rollin!!! I was watching TV when a cowboy "Fritos" commercial came on, I told my roommate "Oh my God you know who they should've had on there to narrate instead? COWBOY KENT ROLLINS!" And I am bad with remembering names mind you! So I searched you up hoping your still making awesome cooking videos! I missed your style Cowboy, and I will NEVER go on a week without looking your name up, I just subscribed and I still have your book I will be enjoying and I am looking forward to visiting your store to get that apron of yours!

I really like how you named your stove Big Bertha haha 😂😂😂😂

  2. Ok Kent. I made this last night. First off, delicious and came out just like it was supposed to. Cautionary tale though. Tri-tip is EXPENSIVE!!!. Over $10.99 a pound untrimmed. I paid $42 dollars for a 3.8 lbs tri-tip at H.E.B. and cut almost half its weight in fat off getting it ready for the recipe. It was tender and delicious but not a budget friendly choice of meat for this recipe. As always, your recipes don't disappoint.

  3. I love your recipes. I'm a really die hard western fan, and everytime I catch myself watching a good ol country western and see food, I always find myself on your channel to see if you've got a tutorial. I especially loved the cowboy beans recipe. First time I tried making it awhile back, I no longer bought pre-made/prepacked beans or canned chilis. Thank you good sir.
