  1. Dough:
    – 3 cups AP flour
    – 1 tsp salt
    – 1.25 cups water (250 ml)
    – 1/2 cup melted butter

    Filling:
    – onion chopped
    – Chicken mince
    – Salt
    – Black pepper
    – Red chilli powder
    – Chilli flakes
    – Coriander powder

    Method:
    In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Dust a flat surface with flour and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes to make it smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. After resting, check by stretching it with your fingers—if it doesn’t tear, it’s ready. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll them into small balls. Flatten each ball slightly, dip them in melted butter, and coat both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 1 hour. Once rested, stretch each piece with your hands into the size of a dessert plate. Add the filling and roll it into your desired shape.

    Oven settings:

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden in color.
