Ketchup armful of love from Mütevazý Lezzetler kitchen in this episode we will prepare a sauce which all of us usually like… and use "Ketchup" we shall firstly learn the ingredients, then start cooking ketchup 10 pcs medium sized tomatoes 1 red pepper 2 green pepper 1 pcs medium sized onion 1 teaspoon corn starch 3 tablespoons wine vinegar 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1-2 teaspoons of salt as you can see the ingredients list is findable easily and its cooking is also easy let’s start cooking ketchup by chopping the onion subtly we transfer it to the pan we chop the peppers on it… of which seeds are extracted we don2t need to chop peppers so subtly now we chop the peppers it is the turn of tomatoes without peeling the tomatoes, and taking the heads… we chop largish we chopped the last tomato, too we add the 2 teaspoon of salt on it we mix now we can put the mixture on the fire we put the mixture on a middle burning fire by closing the cover, we bake, until the ingredients are baked yes ketchup started being baked, we mix we again close the cover the ingredients melted completely, and lost their shapes now we can turn off the fire we have boiled the mixture which consists of tomato, onion, pepper… until they lose their shapes now we filter this mixture we filter completely,by pushing as you see; the peel and seeds of tomato are…. completely filtered now we will put the ketchup on the fire we put on a middle burning fire, we bake until it reaches thick consistency let’s add the starch which we thinned with little water see it has already started darkening starch will make it thicker yes ketchup reached the right consistency now we can add the sugar and vinegar 3 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar we shall boil for a while more, now we take it from the fire now ketchup is ready, we turn of the fire after it gets cold in the pan, we can fill it in a jar yes ketchup is beautiful, the more it gets cold the more it is beautiful if you try i believe that you will like already good appetite!
