Krema için:
5 su bardağı süt ( 1 litre )
1 tane yumurta
4 yemek kaşığı şeker ( 80 gram )
2 yemek kaşığı mısır nişastası ( 50 gram )
2 yemek kaşığı un ( 50 gram )
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ( 40 gram )

Şerbet için:
2 su bardağı su ( 400 ml )
2 su bardağı şeker ( 400 gram )
1 dilim limon

Yağlamak için:
tereyağı ( 150 gram )
1/2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ ( 50 ml )

baklavalık yufka. 44 yaprak ( 800 gram )

180 °C fırında 45 – 50 dakika pişirin.

2 tablespoons of wheat flour (50 grams). stir until the flour lumps disappear. Stir the cream over medium heat until it boils. If we forget to stir, it will settle to the bottom and form lumps. It will thicken like this when it boils. 1 tablespoon of butter (40 grams).

Stir until the butter melts and remove from the stove. stir occasionally until cooled to prevent stratification. For the syrup: 2 glasses of water (400 ml). 2 cups of sugar (400 grams). mix. 1 slice of lemon. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool. butter (150 grams).

1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil (50 ml). Baklava dough. 44 leaves (800 grams). Cut the dough to the size of the tray you will use. Remove the excess phyllo dough to use in another recipe later. Apply butter to the tray. Place the dough on the tray. Apply butter.
