Finally, I add 1 grated clove of garlic. and mix all the ingredients well After mixing and preparing the meatballs thoroughly, I set them aside and let them rest. I’m going to prepare the filling. I will use only 2 mushrooms and 1 carrot for the filling. First, I peel the mushrooms.

When we buy mushrooms from the market, they are always white, but for some reason, when we bring them home, they immediately lose their whiteness. That’s why I feel the need to peel, friends. Normally, I don’t like peeling, but believe me, I don’t know what the reason for this is.

In this way, I cleaned the mushrooms thoroughly and washed the mushrooms I had cleaned. I dry the mushrooms I washed. and I move on to chopping the mushrooms. I dice the mushrooms I put the chopped mushrooms into the pan. Let’s cut 1 washed carrot into cubes in the same way.

I go to the stove to roast the ingredients. To sauté the ingredients, I add half a tea glass of oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Let’s mix the ingredients and sauté them well on high heat.

I take some meatball dough, put it on a bag slightly larger than the size of a walnut and cover it. and I start to open it slowly with my hand If we open it to the size of a tea plate, it will be enough.

I put some of the filling material we prepared inside. and I cover it, shape it into a layer, and press the edges firmly with my fingers. As you can see, our meatballs are ready. I prepare all the meatballs this way and set them aside.

After making and preparing the meatballs, put them on a tray. I add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tea glass of water. Let’s mix the sauce well. After preparing the sauce, let’s pour it on the tray.

I put a slice of tomato in between to give flavor to the sauce and I chop 2 peppers. Let’s bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until it turns golden brown. Our food is out of the oven, I will prepare it to serve now. I’m preparing it to serve with rice.
