1 çay bardağı un 85 gr .
1 çay bardağı mısır nişastası 85 gr .

Yağlamak için:
tereyağı 125 gr .
1/2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ 50 ml .

Mix. knead it into dough with a spatula. This pastry is very famous in my country. Its name is (SU BÖREGİ). It is done on celebration days or when there are very valuable guests. I wanted you to try and taste this unique taste. The whole family will love it.

Roll the dough pieces and make meringue. Sprinkle plenty of flour on a tray and place the meringues. Cover the meringues and let them rest for 1 hour. It is important to let the dough rest so that it can be rolled out easily. braided cheese (150 gr). curd cheese (100 gr). parsley.

You can use any type of cheese you want for the filling. Or you can mix your favorite cheeses like me. 1 tea glass of flour (85 gr). 1 tea glass of corn starch (85 gr). We will use this mixture to roll out the dough. 1 hour later.

Place it in the pan. Bake all dough the same way. and shock in cold water. Don’t forget to renew the water when the cold water becomes hot. Apply the butter + vegetable oil mixture to each layer. We should leave the filling when we place the 6th layer. pour cheese mixture.

Place the remaining 6 pieces of dough on top using the same method. Water pastry is ready to be cooked. medium fire. Change the position of the pan from time to time to ensure even browning of the bottom surface.

When the base is browned, cover it with a flat plate or tray and turn it upside down. Cook both sides of the pastry the same way. Water pastry is ready. We can slice and serve. I definitely want you to taste this flavor.
