1 yeşil biber
3 yemek kaşığı domates püresi
3 yemek kaşığı galeta unu
1 tatlı kaşığı salça
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı pul biber
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı tatlı toz biber
1/3 çay kaşığı kimyon

1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
600 gram közlenmiş patlıcan
4 tane közlenmiş kırmızı kapya biber
2 diş ezilmiş sarımsak
1 yemek kaşığı doğal nar ekşisi

1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1 yemek kaşığı salça
4 yemek kaşığı domates püresi

BEYTİ KEBAP (6 – 7 portions)
3 sheets of dough
1/2 tea glass of water
1/2 tea glass of sunflower oil

600 grams of medium-fat ground meat
1 onion
1 red capsicum
1 green pepper
3 tablespoons tomato puree
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red sweet pepper powder
1/3 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon butter
600 grams of roasted eggplant
4 roasted red capia peppers
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of natural pomegranate syrup

1 tablespoon tomato paste
