I’ve never been to a wedding in this hall :). It’s a section where concerts and events are usually held, so this is the first time I’ll see it. Bride and groom table with lots of flowers. Gold lovers liked this place.

Of course, we watched funny wedding scenes and wedding accidents on the way. 🙂 I’m sure most of our married friends have funny memories about such weddings. Anything can happen due to excitement. After looking at the wedding hall, I finished a few things in the market and came home.

My mother’s friends came to us to make wedding treats. First, we will make grape leaf stuffing. I am preparing the stuffing for the stuffing. After cleaning this place, I wondered if it should remain plain. I didn’t like it, so I’m returning it to its original state.

We wrapped so much cabbage and grape leaves that I used 4-5 kilograms of rice with the additions. These treats are for those who did not stay for dinner and came to congratulate them in the morning. The wedding dinner will be in front of our house after the bride reception.

We made an agreement with a catering company for the meal. The tables, chairs and food service belong to them. for stuffing; lots of mint and dill. Our wedding meal was beef soup, rice pilaf, sautéed chicken, ayran and Kemalpaşa dessert. All were delicious.

I’m preparing the table :). 4 people will sit together. My sister, my mother and two of my mother’s friends. I survived. But I still need to fast-track. Otherwise it won’t be finished until the morning. Do you prepare such treats other than food at weddings? 🙂

I roast 1 glass of raw almonds. When the smell disappears, I add 1 glass of flour. When the smell of the flour disappears, I put it in a different bowl to cool.

For a single measure; 250 grams of butter + 100 milliliters of oil + 1 glass of powdered sugar + 1 egg + 10 grams of baking powder + roasted flour and almond mixture. I mix all the ingredients together and shape it. It’s that easy. It becomes a soft dough.

I make it as a regular kavala cookie. Everyone should not try this recipe. I continue the same process until the dough runs out. 1 measure makes 2 full trays of cookies. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked ;). Once they are cooked, you can pour powdered sugar on them and enjoy them.
