I take the dough, cut it in half, then cut it in half again and cut it into strips. If you want, you can also chop it into small pieces by hand. Do whatever action is easiest for you . Then I ventilate it to prevent it from sticking
And put it in my baking tray. I will divide the dough into 3 equal parts in my baking tray. I divide the dough into 3 pieces and set them aside. We are preparing the sauce. For this, I add one egg, 1 tea glass of olive oil and
1 tea glass of milk into the bowl. I mix it with the help of a whisk until it reaches a smooth consistency. The tea cup size I used in my recipe is 125 milliliters. I also put aside the sauce that I have mixed sufficiently. I put it in my large round debt.
I cut the wax paper according to the size of my debt. I placed it in my debt. We divided our dough into three, I take one piece. I spread it well on the bottom of my glass. We will use the sauce 3 times.
I pour it into my glass for the first time by eyeballing it. Then, with the help of a brush, I ensure that all sides of the phyllo are covered with sauce. In my recipe, I used one bowl of white cheese and one bowl of cheddar cheese. I will add them in two batches.
I sprinkle some of the white cheese on the dough. I grated the cheddar cheese finely. I pour half of this over the cheese. I chopped a quarter bunch of parsley into small pieces. I pour half of the parsley over the cheese. I take the second piece of dough and

. After spreading the dough well, I add the sauce again. I pour some of the sauce over the dough. Then, I make sure there is sauce on all sides with the help of a brush. I sprinkle all the remaining cheese on the dough.
Then I sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the white cheese. After sprinkling the parsley, I fix it like this. I take the last piece of dough. I put it on top of the stuffing. I spread these phyllo dough nicely so that the filling is not visible.

I pour all the remaining sauce onto the dough. I make sure the sauce gets everywhere with the brush. I used a bottle of soda in my recipe. We pour the soda over our pastry. We will cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
You can do this in the evening and wait until the morning. After 4 hours, I take the pastry out of the refrigerator. We take our pastry to the oven without doing anything else. Meanwhile, our oven is at 180 degrees and heated. At the end of 30 minutes, our pastry was nicely browned.
We wait for it to heat up as soon as we take it out of the oven. Then I cut it into triangular slices. After this stage, you can serve your pastry as you wish. It is so beautiful and delicious that you won’t believe its taste.
