Cup Ravioli hello, from Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects in this section we have a pastry recipe we will learn how to cook “Cup Ravioli” but firstly ingredients 1 pocket of instant leaven 1 glass of lukewarm water 1 kube sugar 1 egg flour as it takes and 1 teaspoon of salt

To fill inside: 250 grams of ground meat 1 onion 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to pour over; 3 cloves of garlic 1 bowl of yoghurt 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaglass of oil and 1 teaspoon of red pepper the ingredient list may look so long

However don’t worry, cooking is not so difficult now, let’s start with making dough firstly we mix… lukewarm water… sugar… and egg yes it is mixed well we had instant leaven now we add this onto the liquid mixture after… mixing with some flour we add 1 teaspoon of salt

We knead by adding flour until… it reach the right consistency not too hard and not sticky the consistency is this, not too hard after sprinkling flour under it… we cover and we wait at least for 45 minutes in the lukewarm atmosphere

While the dough is getting rest we continue with prepareing the inside ingredients we have 1 onion we chop subtly now let’s go near the pan to roast we put the pan on to the fire we pour some oil, it will be heated we add the onion that we chopped

We roast until they become transparent onion is okay, now we add the ground meat we roast at the same time mincing because we want meat in separate particles or pieces the difference from the other types of ravioli-like dish is having roasted inside inside material is ready, now we add salt

For a while mix and turn off the fire, leave to get cold material is cooked, and we think that the dough is powdered now we will look yes it is powdered wonderfully we turn it upside down by dredging our hands

Now we will take pieces from this dough which are smaller than a walnut we will roll them we gave shape all doughes now we open them by the fingertips especially we don’t use rolling pin or mech because we want it powder we dredge a cup or a… such bowl

And we leave 1 teaspoon of… the mixture which we prepared we pick like this and we string them to the tray which is oiled we prefered this small bowl to make it easier it can be a cup too the last ravioli is ready the first doughes are powdered

Now we spread some oil by the brush by the way we started to heat the oven at 190 degrees yes we oiled all the ravioli-like dishes now we give it to the oven and wait approximately for 25 dakika until it fries

While the ravioli-like dish is baking we prepare the material to pour over we had garlic, we add salt and we beat them well yes we beated well now we move it to the container in which we will mix we add 1 bowl of yoghurt on it

If its consistency is thick we can add water we whisk until it becomes pürüzsüz the garlicy yoghurt is okay now we add some oil… and red pepper into a small pan and we make red-hot after 25 minutes ravioli is taken out of the oven, it smells wonderful now it is time to service

They got bigger we will pour the yoghurt and oil over while it is hot firstly the yoghurt… then the peppery oil as you wish you can use peppermint or sumach yes let’s eat with enjoy in this section of the kitchen Mütevazi Lezzetler… we cooked “cup ravioli”

As you see it is so delicious and not too difficult try as soon as possible and remember Mütevazi Lezzetleri good bye…
