Rose Trotter hello, from Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects in this episode we have very different recipe nice flavor like trotter taste which will prepared from chicken “Rose Trotter” but first of all, the ingredients 2 chicken legs 3 phyllos to apply onto; 1 teaglass of oil
For trotter sauce; 1 stamp of yogurt 4 little cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 3 water glasses of chicken broth for its above; 1 tablespoon of butter 1 coffee cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of paprika
To make it wet; 2 water glasses of chicken broth after ingredients are learned… now we can go near the oven to boil the chicken legs we place the pressure cooker to the fire then drop the chicken legs in it there is no inconvenience to add salt cause we cook in pressure cooker…
We add some salt and add cold water until water level is higher we used cold water to make chicken broth clean now we close the lid of pressure cooker and we boil it for 15 minutes after pin goes off
The pin went off, now we reduce the fire and cook 15 minutes more chicken is boiled, now we can turn off the fire chicken legs are boiled, now we can separate them from bones if you don’t want you may not use skin parts after you teased out like this…
We cut phyllos to four pieces now we cut two pieces now we cut in this way and we get 4 triangular pieces we will cut the other two phyllos in the same way and we will be had 12 pieces we take first triangular piece and place the prepared chickens like this
Firstly we make roll as we know there is rose patty we wrap like this, not too tight we bring the crease to the bottom and we leave them to the tray which is oiled we make last rose trotter and place it to the tray
By the way we open the oven at 180 degrees and it is heating if you remember there was 1 teaglass of oil in the ingredients list now before put it to the oven we apply it above abundantly now we put it into the hot oven and cook until it turns red
We continue with preparing trotter sauce we told we have 2 eggs firstly we whip eggs if we add some salt it will break up more nicely we add one stamp yogurt onto it we need to whip it until there is no roughness as you see, smooth, very nice
Now we add the flour let’s mix this a little we absolutely use the garlic smashed as you know there was vinegar in ingredients list… we add it after it cooked, we didn’t forget now we add chicken broth, too and now we go near the fire to cook it
Now in medium fire, we mix it until it reaches the right consistency yes, our trotter sauce is ready while we near the oven, we shall prepare the oil with pepper we burn 1 coffee cup oil, 1 tablespoon butter… and 1 teaspoon paprika
Roses went out from oven, we close the door of oven immediately we want it to protect its heat we spill chicken broth onto them now we wait with closed oven… until it pulls chicken broth in the oven yes our roses pull the chicken broth
We promised that we will add some vinegar to our sauce because it became lukewarm we add 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar let’s mix a little and meet with roses at last we spill the pepper… which is burned before, onto roses great… wait 15 minutes and then take it to the dinner table
