Whole Chicken – Seasoned Salt, Cook on low for 6 hours
Pork Loin – garlic, 1 can cranberry sauce, 1 TBSP mustard, 2 TBSP soy sauce – Cook on low for 8 hours
Lentil & Sausage Stew – 1 bag lentils, 1 sliced smoked sausage, 3 cut up carrots, 5 cups beef stock, garlic, 2-3 cut up potatoes, 1 cut up onion – low for 5 hours
Pesto Chicken Sandwiches – 1.5 pounds chicken, 1 jar pesto, 1 ranch packet. Cook on low for 4 hours, shred. Place on toasted rolls!

  1. Please, please, PLEASE be SAFE in any activities you do, especially if you are new to the sport. My poor hubby just snapped his femur (major surgery followed by 12 weeks of recovery) in a mountain bike crash. 😢😢 And he isn't new to the sport and wasn't even doing anything crazy. Be safe!❤ ❤

  2. you are a genius – let’s hope i can find me some cranberries and sauce them myself – late in life migraines had dominated my life (2022 & 2023) until I RADICALLY overhauled my diet – tomatoes of all kinds and in all forms had to go – 15 mths in I’m still struggling with replacing tomatoes – not a fan of tinned cranberry sauce but if I can find fresh cranberries then I will definitely sauce some up and tackle pork roast in my slow cooker – genius girl just genius 🇨🇦🙏

  3. Ever since my mother passed away in 2017, my house has slowly, but surely become a mess. Almost hoarder like. Not nearly as bad as some hoarders, but not good. This year my son and I have decided that we are going to get it cleaned and repaired. We knew we couldn't just "clean the house". That was too overwhelming. So, we started with cleaning the hallway. That was great! We got it done. It felt so wonderful. Next we worked on cleaning the living room. Wow! What a difference that made! Now we are going to work on the kitchen. Each step will be a new room. Then we will start working on the outside of house and then the repairs. We might not get to the repairs in 2025, but we will at least get most of the way there.

  4. My goal this year is to get 52 weeks of exercise- 3 days a week. I log it on my garage door (inside the door) in a sharpie. Write down the weather, miles, and anything interesting that happened. We mountain bike, use peloton bike and do other peloton cardio, yoga, stretch classes! YAY! Peloton is a big $ investment…but for my health it's worth it. Plus, the music is AWESOME..and the instructors put out new stuff everyday! I pause membership in the good weather months to save $ and mountain bike outdoors.
