Hello, I’m Chef. Welcome to my kitchen :). Today I’m going to prepare an iftar menu for 12 people. Let’s start :). 3 glasses of sugar, 3 glasses of water. A slice of lemon. After boiling, boil for another 12-15 minutes. 250 g of butter. Drain the part you are going to apply on it.

3 baklava pastries. 2 cups walnuts. I used 24 phyllo dough in total. Let’s put the butter we reserved. Do not apply the foam of the butter and the sediment that settles on the bottom. Let’s bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Let’s pour the cold syrup when the initial temperature passes.

Rest for at least 3-4 hours. It is a very light baklava, you should definitely try it. Finally, garnish with pistachios. Our dessert is ready :). Let’s make our main dish. 1.300 grams of ground beef. 1 onion, 1 egg, half a glass of breadcrumbs. Salt, pepper, paprika. Knead for at least 4-5 minutes.

Let’s dip our hands in water and shape it. Our main dish is Hasan Pasha Meatballs :). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. 4 potatoes. Make it with less potatoes as my mashed potatoes have increased :). Let’s boil. 2 tablespoons of butter, salt. Half a glass of milk.

Add the milk little by little. The mashed potatoes will have a soft consistency. Let’s squeeze mashed potatoes into the meatballs that are close to cooking. 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste. 3 glasses of water. 200 g cheddar cheese. Let’s continue cooking in the oven. Our main dish is ready :). Let’s make beet hummus.

1 medium boiled beetroot, 1 glass of boiled chickpeas. 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of tahini, juice of half a lemon, half a cup of olive oil, salt. 1 teaspoon of cumin. I serve the toast bread by dividing it into four. Let’s decorate with mint leaves :). Boil 2 chicken breasts.

3 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour. Let it fry until the flour turns brown. 1 tablespoon of pepper paste, 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste. 3 cups of chicken stock. 6 glasses of hot water. Let’s adjust the water according to its consistency. Add the shredded chicken, salt and pepper.

Let it boil for 6-7 minutes like this. 500 g of spinach. A small bowl of curd cheese, salt, pepper, half a tea glass of olive oil. 100 gr butter, 1 tea glass of milk, half a tea glass of oil. Baklava dough. I put sauce between each layer. We will make three floors.

Spread the remaining sauce over. You can serve it more easily if you slice it before cooking. Let’s bake in the oven at 180 degrees. It is a very delicious pastry :). 2 eggplants. 3 peppers. Let’s fry it in oil. 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 glass of mashed potatoes.

Salt, pepper. Let it cook for five minutes on low heat. Soak 7-8 dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes. 1 bowl of strained yogurt. 2 cloves of garlic, salt. Dill. 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 teaspoons of mint. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Chop the dried tomatoes.

2 tablespoons of oil. Half a cup of walnuts. Our haydar with dried tomatoes is also ready :). Now that our meals are ready, let’s set our table :). Today I will prepare a table for 12 people. How is Ramadan going for you? I hope my recipes are giving you ideas.
