Don't grate the pizza mozzarella, pull the strands and then cut them into strips. If you make sheet pan like Roman style, it works well. Not good for traditional round pizza though
Isn't it pronounced "Mozzarell" or "Mootz"? We all know as well, that Kraft cheeses are much better than Galbani cheeses
If you take real fresh mozzarella then the flavor is completely different
A traditional margherita with fresh mozarella is truly one of the best dishes in history. Normally I let mine cook a little bit longer, maybe 2-3 minutes, I prefer with a little more of the water steamed away. But even still I would be very happy to get that in a restaurant.
I see it as whatever a person likes. I’ve had too many people tell me what you’re supposed to use it wrong to use this or that type of cheese or whatever. Especially if I’m in the store. Had people get a little loud with the don’t use that it’s wrong. Look if I buy a premade dough leave me alone. What going to happen the pizza mafia going to get me?
I don't like soggy pizzas. Bleh!!
