Bugün sizler için muhteşem bir ekmek tarifi hazırladım. O bildiğiniz ekmeklerden çok farklı. İçerisinde ki sarımsaklı ballı sos ile çok lezzetli bir tat elde edeceksiniz. Ayrıca hamuruna katılan krem peyniri ile lezzet çok daha artacak. Yumuşacık farklı lezzet de ekmek tarifi arıyorsanız bu tarifim tam size göre. Mutlaka denemelisiniz. GEREKLİ MALZEMELER
Hamur;
1 su bardağı ılık süt (200 ml).
1 yemek kaşığı kuru maya (10 gr).
1 yemek kaşığı toz şeker (20 gr).
1 yumurta.
4 su bardağı un (480 gr).
1 çay kaşığı tuz (4 gr).
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (14 gr).
2 yemek kaşığı krem peynir (40 gr).
Sos;
5 diş sarımsak.
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (14 gr).
1 yemek kaşığı bal(16 gr).
1-2 dal maydanoz.
Dolgu;
Kaşar peyniri (100 gr).
üst için;
1 yumurta sarısı.
1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ (10 ml).
Piştikten sonra isteğe göre tereyağı.
