MALZEMELER:
2 orta boy soğan (rendelenmiş)
300-350 gram kıyma
3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
3 yemek kaşığı su
2 tatlı kaşığı karabiber
2 tatlı kaşığı tuz
8 adet yufka
Ayçiçek yağı (kızartmak için)
Afiyet olsun
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium onions
300-350 grams of minced meat
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
8 phyllo
Sunflower oil (for pan frying)

Note: *Çibörek is a half round shaped börek, filled with a very thin layer of ground beef or lamb which has been seasoned with ground onion and black pepper. It is a Crimean Tatar dish. With the effect of the 1860 Crimean War, it was brought to Anatolia by immigrants. It has been a part of Eskişehir cuisine. BUT this is not the recipe described in the video. Just using black pepper has brought the flavor of my recipe closer to Çibörek.
