Hem çok kolay hem de çok lezzetli,tam bir misafir yemeği.
İstediğiniz miktarda tavuk eti ve sebze kullanabilirsiniz,kişi sayısı ve tepsinize göre malzeme miktarını ayarlayabilirsiniz.

Malzemeler,
Sosu için,
2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 yemek kaşıği domates salçası
50 ml sıvı yağ
Kimyon,Kırmızı biber,kekik
Sarımsak

Sebze olarak,
2 patates
1 soğan
4 domates
Mantar
Yeşil biber
50 ml sıvı yağ
Tuz
ve istediğiniz şekilde tavuk eti.
Tavuk etini, sosta bir saat beklettikten sonra,sebzelerle karıştırarak fırında pişirelim,pilav veya makarna ile servis edebilirsiniz.
