Welcome to my channel. Today I’m sharing a fantastic döner recipe you can make at home . I’m sure you’ll never buy döner from outside again after making this recipe . I made this recipe for the first time. I honestly had no idea it would be so delicious and tasty. As you can see, it turned out so thin it was like a leaf and incredibly tasty. I’m sure you’ll love it when you make it and never buy döner from outside again . It’s such an easy recipe that it only takes about half an hour to make, cook, and serve. Here’s the recipe. I used half a kilo of ground beef for this recipe. Be sure to ask your butcher. Your ground beef needs to be ground twice. I finely grated one onion. I grated two cloves of garlic. You can also crush and add your own garlic if you prefer . I added half a cup of galatoni, 2 teaspoons of salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, and 1 cup of yogurt. After adding a teaspoon of baking powder, I mixed it with yogurt to activate the baking powder. I also added a teaspoon of thyme and kneaded it thoroughly for 5 minutes. Kneading the ground meat is very important. We absolutely must knead it very well. After kneading for 5 minutes, I added a quarter cup of water. After adding the water, I kneaded the ground meat thoroughly for another 10 minutes. We absolutely must knead it thoroughly for another 10 minutes to reach the perfect consistency . If you don’t knead the ground meat thoroughly, you definitely won’t get the results you’re looking for. After kneading the ground meat, I gathered it as you can see. Just like dough, the ground meat has completely thickened like this. The ground meat reached the exact consistency I wanted. After the ground meat reached the desired consistency, I divided it into four equal pieces. As you can see, I rolled each piece of the ground meat in my hands . I rolled the other pieces in the palm of my hand the same way. After rolling all four pieces, I laid out a sheet of waxed paper on my board . After adding the ground meat, I laid another sheet of waxed paper on top, then flattened it with a rolling pin, and then rolled it out. After rolling it out a bit, I removed the waxed paper. It’ll be easier for you to do this. I turned it over like this. After turning it over, I lifted the paper underneath, as it stuck to the bottom . Don’t worry if the ground meat sticks to it. It will regain its consistency. After covering it like this, I rolled it out again with a rolling pin. After rolling it out to a certain size, I continued with an arrow. This is because it makes it easier to roll it out evenly on all sides. The second tip is to roll out the ground meat very thinly . The thinner you roll it out, the more delicious and thinner your döner will be. Roll it out as thin as possible. Don’t worry at all. As you can see, I removed the paper again. I did this several times, changing the waxed paper a few times. And as you can see, it turned out exactly as thin as I wanted. About 1 mm thick, I can tell you it was thin enough. After reaching the desired thickness, I rolled the parchment paper into a roll, as you can see. I did the same with the other ground meats and then arranged all four on a baking sheet. I preheated my oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) 5 minutes beforehand. First, the oven needs to be preheated. You need to bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. I baked it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes , I recommend serving it right away, hot. After it was cooked, I immediately removed it to a serving plate. As you can see, the smoke from the top fills my nose, and the aroma. I can’t wait to eat it. I’m sure you’ll love it after making this recipe. And you ‘ll have peace of mind because you’ll know exactly what ingredients and what meat are used in it . I guarantee you’ll never buy döner from outside again after making this recipe . Because I can tell you it’s much, much more delicious than the döner you buy from store-bought stores. Finally, we shred the döner, and as you can see, it’s as thin as a leaf. It’s just the right thickness for me. You can use it as a döner kebab or a wrap. You can offer it. First, I melted about 50 grams of butter. You can omit the butter if you like, but since butter adds a distinct flavor to our döner kebab, I definitely recommend making it with butter, like this. I poured the melted, foamy butter over the döner kebab . While the döner kebab was baking in the oven, I also made pilaf. Now I’ll show you the pilaf recipe. First, I want to show you how thin our döner kebab is. As you can see, it’s even thinner than a leaf and very delicious. After showing you our döner kebab one last time, I’ll move on to the pilaf recipe. For a delicious pilaf, I used 20 grams of butter. After adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, I melted the butter thoroughly. After melting the butter, I added a cup of terçeri (a type of terçeri) and sautéed over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the terçeri turned a light brown color. I recommend paying attention to the pilaf tips. Because mine are truly granular and delicious. After adding two cups of rice, I sautéed the rice for a minute or two. We won’t be stirring the rice constantly. We’ll stir occasionally. I only showed the parts where I stirred, so the video wouldn’t get too long. After adding 2 teaspoons of salt, I sautéed the rice for another 2 minutes. To make the rice evenly browned, we need to sauté the rice thoroughly. Similarly, after adding the salt, we stirred the rice occasionally. I added 4 cups of water. The amount of water can vary depending on the type of rice. You’ll know your specific rice. You can adjust the amount of water accordingly . The stove was on medium heat. When the water started to boil over medium heat, I reduced the heat. I cooked the rice, covered, until the rice was cooked. As you can see, the rice was grainy. Of course, if you make the pilaf before the döner, we can serve the döner hot. I made it with pilaf because I love pilaf, but as I mentioned, you can make it in döner bread or as a wrap. As a final step, I melted 50 grams of butter. After adding a tablespoon of tomato paste, I sautéed the tomato paste again until well combined. I recommend you make it with tomato paste as well. The buttery tomato paste really adds a unique flavor to our döner kebab. And as you can see, it’s incredibly delicious. I absolutely recommend making it. It’s both easy and delicious. Bon appetit!
