Dewy’s Bakery Brownie Crisp Cookies. They are a fantastic icebox cake cookie because they get nice and soft but still retain their chocolatey flavor. Check them out. So good.

if you can get them you should try using arnotts choc ripple biscuits. we make cakes with them by stacking them with layers of cream and leaving it in the fridge overnight, they go soft like cake!
