Stretch the rested dough with a rolling pin, drizzle with the oil in the baking tray, put some filling on the edge of the rolling pin, roll it up with the rolling pin, remove it from the rolling pin, shape it into a rose, and place it on the baking tray. Brush the remaining oil on the pastries and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
