حلو تسلم ايدك لكن ماء الورد حتى تكون نكهته قويه يوضع في الاخر بعد ما نطفي النار وليس في البدايه نضيفه قبل ما نصب الرز باللبن مباشرة في الاطباق.
My mother & grandmother would make the roz pudding with fresh cinnamon sticks while boiling. Then after the roz was done, add the whole milk & raisins in the pot. ❤ Memories
