I’ve spent the last four years trying to find Britain’s best burger, and I think I may have found it. Jeremy has worked at Michelin star restaurants his whole life, and he’s put his skill set to good use by creating a burger joint, which is one of the best burgers I’ve had yet. The attention to detail in the ingredients is bonkers. He literally makes everything from scratch. From creating his own recipe for the burger burger, meaning that they still taste like a buttery bri roll, but they hold their shape like a bodybuilder. I could literally just put on a pair of sunglasses and stare at these burgers all day. This is the plain jane with a homemade chipotle ketchup which has a slight sweetness is a little bit tangy when it comes to burger sauce. That’s one of the best I’ve tried. Hands down. This is the signature boring burger. He even goes to the extent of dryaging the bacon for the burger. Meaning the flavors in this thing are just crazy. These are the loaded American fries. And of course, they skip no steps here. All the chips are made fresh inhouse, then tossed in a homemade comfy garlic and rosemary oil, cheese sauce, jalapenos, crispy bacon bits, and bacon dust. The chips are super crispy. I love the saltiness from the bacon, and that creamy cheese sauce just brings it all together. Chips like this should be illegal. If you can’t take your days to come out, enjoy.
