1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat
1 paket vanilya
1 limon kabuğu rendesi
6 su bardağı un . (Yumurtaların büyüklüğüne göre miktar değişebilir.)

Hello everyone from my Dessert Art Cuisine channel. Today, I have a delicious, full-measure recipe for Mom’s cookies with blueberries and hazelnuts. I’ve previously tried Mom’s cookies with hazelnuts, raisins, walnuts, lemon, orange, and plain Bosnian cookies on my channel . I’ve shared the recipe with you. This recipe is also very special, delicious, and made with just the right amount. Bon appetit to those who are going to try it. Without wasting any time, let’s get started on this delicious recipe. First, put 2 eggs that have been kept at room temperature in a suitable bowl. Add 1.5 cups of granulated sugar. You can also substitute powdered sugar for the granulated sugar. I chose to make it with powdered sugar this time. I added 1.5 cups of powdered sugar. The cup I used measured 200 ml. I added 1 cup of oil. I added 1 cup of yogurt. I added 1/2 cup of finely ground hazelnuts. You can also add roasted hazelnuts. It’s delicious. This time, I wanted to add hazelnuts plain. Our recipe calls for blueberry flavor and lemon zest . Roasted hazelnuts might be a bit overpowering, but I wanted a mix of fruit and nuts. I’m sharing the recipe’s measurements with you in a balanced way. Mix these ingredients with a hand mixer. Add the zest of one lemon. First, wash and dry the lemon. After drying, you can grate the zest. I definitely recommend adding the lemon. It pairs beautifully with the blueberries and is incredibly delicious. I used a total of 6 cups of flour. When making Mom’s cookies or Bosnian cookies, because they’re cake-like cookies, please add the flour gradually, keeping a check on the amount. The dough will be a bit runny, so I recommend adding it gradually . There are many Mom’s cookie recipes, but this one is the original, perfectly measured, and guaranteed to be Mom’s cookie recipe. The most important tip is to pay attention to the consistency. The cookie dough should be slightly sticky . This isn’t your typical soft cookie dough. It will be a slightly sticky cookie dough. Be sure to pay attention to this. I add a packet of baking powder, a packet of vanilla powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. If you don’t have baking soda , you can omit it, but baking soda gives these cookies a very different texture and flavor. We especially add it to American- style cookies and Mom’s cookies . It provides a different texture. After adding a teaspoon of baking soda, I knead all the ingredients thoroughly by hand. Since this is a liquid cookie dough, don’t knead it too much, as the oil will release. So, once it reaches a consistency like this, let’s finish kneading and shape it. I used a cup of blueberries. I added dried blueberries. You can substitute raisins for the blueberries if you like. You can also add dried extract using the same amount. It was incredibly delicious with blueberries . I loved it. I highly recommend trying it this way . If you especially like blueberry muffins and cookies, I highly recommend trying it with Mom’s cookies. After kneading well, take pieces of the cookie dough and roll them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them on the parchment paper, spacing them evenly spaced apart. I used fairly large pieces. You can also use smaller pieces. If you like your cookies larger like me , you can roll out pieces of dough about the size of a tangerine, or even slightly larger, and roll them into balls. This way, I got a total of 17 cookies. If you make them smaller , they’ll be quite large. You’ll get about 356 cookies. This is the size I made. It’s entirely up to your taste at this stage. You can make them smaller if you like. Or, you can make them larger like I did. My first tray is ready. Now, brush the cookies with an egg yolk for the top . Then, spread them thinly. Let’s roll them in ground hazelnuts. If you’d like, you can also try this recipe with blueberries, walnuts, or almonds. I really like hazelnuts. That’s why I made my mom’s blueberry and hazelnut cookies . After coating the cookies with ground hazelnuts, bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 350 degrees Fahrenheit ) until the cookies are nicely browned on the bottom and top, and the top is cracked. I baked them for about 20 minutes, but please be careful to check them carefully . As you can see, the result speaks for itself. The look tells you how delicious they are. They turned out really well. Bon appetit to anyone who’s going to try them. As you can see, I baked them quite a bit further apart on my baking sheet. Despite that, they rose and puffed up beautifully. They spread . So be sure to leave a good amount of space between the cookies . If you’re making them larger like me, please be careful. You can see the inside texture up close. This is a rich, moist, cake-like cookie recipe that tastes like both cookies and cake.
