This is because the oil is low. Look, my dear friends, the color will not darken. Roast it on low heat for 5 minutes. It will turn slightly, that is, you will smell a slight flour smell in your nose. If it reaches this consistency, it is okay. Now let’s add 1 liter of cold milk on top and mix it quickly. Of course, use a wire whisk, do not use a spoon, whisk and mix, then we will have a smooth and wonderful cream. I would like to add a glass of sugar and let it get the consistency. When you add the milk, turn it on a little and when it gets hot, immediately turn the heat down again to medium so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom. As you can see, it has started to thicken. I mix it very quickly until it becomes an eye, that is, we call it a gazelle eye in the kitchen. When it becomes eye to eye, boil it for another minute, stirring well, because then our cream will get a tremendous taste, this is the consistency we want, my dear friends, look, bring it to this consistency. You see that it is very thick, it does not flow like this, do not be afraid, add some milk because there may be a difference in the size in the glass of water, but I will add it in the description section in grams. Now we have completed the first stage, I am showing its consistency again. When you lift it, it should flow downwards. Now let’s pour the cream we have cooked into a bowl, because the pot is hot, it takes a long time to cool. I pour it into a bowl. I add 2 packs of vanilla sugar. Since I made it myself, I added 2 teaspoons. Let’s mix it well and put it aside. What you need to pay attention to here is come and go from time to time. Mix your cream so that it doesn’t form a crust. Come and blend it every 3-4 minutes. While it is cooling down on its own, we added vanilla sugar to our cream. I showed you what a nice consistency it has. Let’s leave our cream to cool. I used 2 cups of freezer fruit for our fruity sauce on the surface. But fresh fruit can also be used, it doesn’t matter. I used 2 cups of forest fruit. I am adding the description section in grams. Let’s add half a glass of sugar and half a glass of water, since I took it out of the freezer, it looks like this: I mix it on its own. It melts in just a minute or two. To thicken our sauce, we dilute 3 teaspoons of starch with half a glass of water. This will be very easy for the starch to become smooth. It is not like flour anyway. We have also prepared our starch to solidify our sauce . We can put it on the stove to cook. I put the fruits on the stove and wait for it to start boiling on its own. So wait before adding the starch. Look at the edges. My dear friends, it has started to boil slightly. Now I am adding some of it in a controlled manner. I mix the starch and check its consistency. For example, I said right now, it is too runny. I add the rest. In fact, the measurements I gave are exactly the same, but if you use fresh fruit, add it in a controlled manner because it releases the juice extra. If it is too runny, add a little more starch, no problem. Then add some water and open it. This is the consistency we want. The measurement I gave is exactly the same. I pour our fruit sauce into a bowl again quickly. In order for it to cool down, because it takes a long time in the pot, I blended it like this and mixed it on the side. As you know, our other cream started to cool down and I mixed it well every 3-4 minutes. Look, my dear friends, it is now cooled down. Now, blend it well with a hand blender for 5 minutes. Please do not keep it short. Let’s blend it for 5 minutes. I mean, the more you put it, the more it gets like a chewy ice cream-like consistency. Don’t rush the part, pass it on high speed for 5 minutes. Look, my dear friends, I will show you in detail now. When you take the spatula like this, it should be like cheesecloth. Look, it flows like cheesecloth. This means it is the perfect consistency. Now I pour the cream we prepared into a glass bowl. You can put it in a debtor, you can even make it in cups. I poured it all into the bowl for personalized portions. With the help of the spatula, I smooth out the edges and corners. It is a very nice recipe. My dear friends, my nephews came to me and they said, “Well, still.” Please let me know in the comments what kind of flavor it is when you try it. I take a small spatula and smoothed the surface so that there is no empty space at the bottom and it does not get air at the bottom, and our fruit mixture was also soft on the edge. For example, my dear friends, we are in the strawberry season , you can make strawberries, add sugar to the strawberries, wait for half an hour, then follow the same recipe with water and starch, because when you take the sugar in the strawberries, it releases some water, balance it accordingly, we added the fruit layer, smoothed the edges and corners, and finished it by sprinkling plenty of coconut. After sprinkling the coconut, press it with the back of a spoon to make it smooth. This process is very easy and practical. Our dessert is now ready to go in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. I let it rest for a night, it would be even better. I kept it in the fridge for about 3 hours. I prepared it for presentation to you. I will show it in detail and test it with great pleasure.
