Banana Bread:
(the recipe I used but halved)
2 cups bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 medium ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Top with Kroger instant pie filling/pudding. One box of mix, mixed with 1 3/4 cup of milk.
Top with Nilla Wafers and 1 fresh sliced banana.
