Potato Bulgur Meatballs (Make)
Ingredients
1 cup fine bulgur
2 tablespoons semolina
1 cup hot water
1 onion
2 boiled potatoes
1 tea glass flour
1 egg
1 cup ground meat
1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 teaspoon tomato paste (optional)
Black pepper, chili pepper, salt
For frying:

Preparation;

1.Let’s put 1 cup fine bulgur and 2 tablespoons semolina in a deep bowl.
2.Let’s put 1 cup hot water on it, cover it and wait for 5 minutes.
3.At the end of the time, add 2 boiled and grated potatoes, 1 egg, 1 tea glass of flour, 1 water glass of ground meat, 1 grated onion, 1 tablespoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt and knead.

4.Let the kneaded meatball mixture rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

5.Put water in a suitable bowl, dip your hand in water and tear off pieces from the meatball mixture and roll them, give them a flat shape.

6.Fry them in hot oil, turning them over and over.

7.We obtained 47 meatballs this way.

8.Our potato and bulgur meatballs are ready to serve.
