This book is a compilation of the top 101 recipes I believe everyone should know how to make, from a classic Christmas Dinner to a casual brunch.

These recipes are my go-to favorites that I turn to time and time again because they involve minimum effort but deliver maximum impact.
Let’s face it: entertaining can be stressful enough, so the recipes should not be hard!

This book will guide you through a year of seasonal entertaining, including drinks, appetizers, mains, sides, brunch dishes, and desserts.

Why You’ll Love This Book:
* There is a photo of every recipe!
* Each recipe has a notes section for tips and tricks to help you achieve success!
* Each recipe has a “Make-Ahead Game Plan” to identify things you can prep beforehand.
* Each recipe has a “Pairs well With” section that leads to other recipes in the book that pair well with each other, helping you create menus.
* Or leave the planning to me! The back of the book has eight seasonal menus, from Thanksgiving to Mother’s Day, designed using recipes from the book and complete with game plans to help you manage the prep.
* I also include entertaining advice on how to keep your cool while entertaining, how to build a collection of plates, flatware, and serving pieces, how to deal with awkward situations that will arise, and lots of fun personal stories from my own parties!
* The book also comes with a snazzy book ribbon to help mark your place! (One of my favorite little details!)

“How to Host a Raclette Party!” üzerine 25 yorum

  1. I have fond, happy memories of 1986 Raclette party in Germany with my husband's good friend whom he grew up with. I have never even heard of Raclette and I was so surprised at how much fun it was and so easy. I can't remember what exactly we had to cook but I remember there being eggs and cheese at least. I have never had a raclette again but I do know it was lots of fun.

  2. We used to do raclette and now you made me want to do it again! Beth, I'm wondering if you would ever do an episode which would be like a guide to French foods you can import to the USA, which ones you can't, some online recommendations, amd some recommendations for made in the USA products that you recommend for things we can't import.
I am personally looking for a good resource for whole glace fruits for Christmas next year. I am wanting whole pears (but not fake bright green), whole orange or other citrus, whole apricots, plums, figs, etc. for a decoration for a Christmas cake I want to make. Eons ago, I was able to order some online in the U.S., but I can't find many options now.
