Oklahoma City, OK. A local grocer in my area sometimes sells ripe bananas on "reduced for quick sale" and I am so glad I have your banana bread recipe now. But also, those extra ripe bananas are surprisingly good to eat plain, if you refrigerate them; the cool and sweet make a yummy treat! Hey, that rhymed! lol
