Always delicious! Limoncello is a little strong for me, but I visited Parma a few months ago for the Verdi Festival. One tour guide, a soft-spoken British lady, decided I must have a limoncello. I was slowly sipping it throughout lunch, until she whispered, “We are running a teensy bit late. SO KNOCK IT BACK, DAVID!” I said, I am going to use that salutation going forward for all drinks, but especially limoncello. KNOCK IT BACK!
