  1. I made your smothered chicken with gravy this week and it was wonderful!! I saved the leftover gravy & rice. A few days later, I fried some hamburger patties wit your burger seasoning and added the leftover gravy. I reheated the rice. Man! It was so good!!

    Your cabbage rolls look good! I will need to make them. I'm thinking some queso cheese would be good on top.

  3. I put a little beef broth, or bouillon and water into the pan with the tomato sauce when baking. After my cabbage rolls are done, I mix some sour cream with a little flour and seasoning, and cook it with the pan sauce to make a delicious tomato gravy to serve on top of the cabbage rolls. 65 yo, and that's what I was taught. Very good. Yours look good too.

  4. AB, I use my electric pressure cooker to steam my cabbage after I cut out my core and it comes apart so easily. O also use no salt tomato products in all my recipes. Use have hamburger and half pork together for my meat. Also use diced tomatoes in my sauce. I am going to combine yours and mine😊
