  1. they're also different forms of the cheese slices wrapped in "cellophane." You can get four cheese, blend Swiss blend, white cheese / American cheese blend, pepper jack cheese etc. Etc.
    But American cheese is ideal for cheeseburgers and starting as your base for making a grilled cheese sandwich or grilled cheese and ham sandwich if you don't have that orange Velveeta stuff around to start working from. 😀.
    If you ever want to make the liquidy nacho cheese sauce/dip you can also quickly and easily make it out of Velveeta or if you have those single slices around. Just melt it down with the tiny bit of milk to keep it liquid. Then you can quickly and easily add a bit of your favorite salsa to it or a can of mixed tomato and chili. Are no more specific and put in your own blend of seasons and stuff but it's a quick and easy tasty dip / nacho spread. You can also just tear up little pieces of the slices and throw them on top of your tortilla chips with seasoning salsa chili sauce whatever and real cheese to make it a little creamy. Then toss it in the toaster 😁

    Just melting down that Velveeta or American cheese slices with a little milk and pouring it on some nasty vegetables Will quickly and easily make them tasty.
    On burgers and such it can actually tastes better and perform better than "real" cheeses. The perfect mellow band of flavor and melty goodness 😊 Although we cannot ignore the blue cheeseburger or the blue cheese sauce burger. The American cheeseburger and the blue cheeseburger there is no point in wasting your time on any other kind of cheeseburger. It will just be substandard😅😉
    You can also if you want add a Little bit of real cheese shreds and with your American cheese/ cheese sauce to give it a more complex advanced flavor if you like. 🙂
    Of course you'll run into pretentious people that will tell you Velveeta or American cheese is no good and good for nothing. But "you know" pretentious people 🙄🤪
    They are self-limiting and missing out on things. And I don't think anybody eats a cheeseburger to be Healthy 😅

  2. I have started making a buffalo chicken spanish omelet. It is delicious. 1. Brown sliced potatoes in non-stick pan.
    2. Add diced chicken to finish browning together.
    3. Add whites of green onions to finish with potatoes and chicken.
    4. When cooked to liking, add hot sauce and shredded cheddar cheese….toss in hot pan to coat and melt cheese.
    5. Add eggs to pan and flip (just like making a spanish omelet).
    6. Plate and finish with green onion.

  3. Sam, I love your work, but I love to rip on you, too. I get hate replies from others defending you. Here goes, ground beef for breakfast? Come on Sam, pork in all versions is the best and only breakfast meat, bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo, pre-cooked pork shoulder, etc. I love you, man!

  4. 4:01 "I'd be mad if I had a broken smeller". Don't end up like my husband then! He no longer has a voicebox, so can't breathe through his nose or mouth, and never will again. If you can't breathe through your nose, how do you smell?

    I CAN breathe through my nose, and I could smell that as it was cooking! Yum, yum, yum!

  5. Sorry Sam, thumbs down… just cannot stand all the Mexican inspired foods. Don't eat the avocados, beans, all that kinds of stuff. Re-fried beans, the worst! I know your San Diego and all, but wow. I was stationed their for a while when in the Marine Corps, then up to Pendleton as an MP. Never liked the Mexican food then, still don't.
