  1. Omg! What you did with that skin. Amazing! I can’t wait to show my son. He’s in the Air Force and a firefighter. He does a lot of the cooking for his family and fellow firefighters at the station. They eat a lot of salmon. Can’t wait to show him this clever way of getting the skin off. He can impress the other firefighters. Thanks!

  2. I would happily eat all three of these meals and not feel like I was being cheated with a budget meal. Delicious. My kind of food. It's always more economical when you cook it yourself at home and the meals are always better quality. Once you get used to cooking for yourself, you won't go back to takeout, I promise you. Take out is so expensive these days and I'm always disappointed.

  3. #3) The first thing that popped in my head was Salmonkopitia, I made that years ago for a friends Wedding Anniversary, it was a side dish because they didn't eat much fish, I used phyllo dough and it was a big hit served with a BBQ Tri-Tip.
    Phyllo Tip: ALWAYS pre slice your serving size before you bake, the cut expands just a little and the top layers won't shatter all over the table when you cut to serve.
