Cinnamon Stick Scones
3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cold butter
1 cup buttermilk
10 ounce package Hershey’s cinnamon chips
Preheat oven to 425°F
Stir together the dry ingredients. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk until a soft dough forms. Add the chips and knead on a lightly floured surface until mixed well.
Form into a disk and cut into wedges. Spread melted butter over top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. 
You may want to add a simple powdered sugar glaze to the top.

What if, after you worked the dough into a circle you flip it onto parchment paper before cutting then you wouldn’t have worry about moving the dough after it’s cut. And maybe separating the pieces just a little before baking, just a little.

Ive been (binge) watching a few months now lol. But today im commenting because the grated frozen butter trick is brilliant! I make scones regularly (cos im English i guess) so its going to save a lot of time. I love the idea of cinnamon chip scones…i think served with whipped cream they will be lush! I also make cheese scones a lot, with a secret ingredient to stop them tasting dry if you want that recipe?
We usually split the scone & spread butter on each side- extra yummy
