wow, Quang showing us Desi's how its done. Love using the masala when frying the onions too, I will be doing this in the future. What brand of Masala do you use, I find some of them to be very salty and hence I don't use the whole packet, let alone 2 packets.

The first time I had chicken biryani I fell in love with it, but you do have to be careful because you find all kinds of things in there that you can break a tooth on. The place I got mine had apricot seeds, whole cloves, cinnamon stick shards, chicken bones, etc. It was an adventure LOL.

4 47…… What is that Indian food coloring made of? It looks like annatto oil to me.
9 51….. Now, why not debone the chicken french style instead of chopping the bone? You can still cook the bones with meat without worrying about shards.
