Over here, macaroni cheese is a white sauce, made with milk, s&p, teaspoon of dried English mustard powder, a ton of strong cheddar and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Really nice topping is ready salted crisps, crumbled up, and mixed with more cheddar, and browned in the oven. Try it, it's lush! Xx
