hello everyone I’m Dana Pino along with judge Janine Piro Jessica tarlo Jesse Waters and Greg Gutfeld it’s 5 o’clock in New York City I bet you’re sick of seeing me this is the five so it is being called the biggest political comeback in American history president- elect Trump is on his way back to the White House earlier he flipped Michigan completing his sweep of the three blue wall States and Trump is leading in other key battlegrounds that are still too close to call Republicans are already set to take control of the Senate and the Fox News decision desk estimates that the GOP has a slight Edge in the house as well as States continue to count ballots here’s the president-elect speaking about his Landslide Victory I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th president and your 45th president this campaign has been so so historic in so many ways this is a magnificent victory for the American people that will allow us to make America great again oh America has given us an unprecedented and Powerful mandate we have taken back control of the Senate wow that’s good and that will make a big difference I I have spoken a lot so I’m going to give all of these lovely people who U we want to hear from a chance to talk about the the victory almost a red wave you could call this is the Red Wave you’ve been waiting for that’s what I predicted the last time I was talking about this election yeah yeah right a slow roll to the wave so I spoke to my mom this morning she’s very upset okay and I told her it’s like the lyrics to that great song you you can’t always get what you want but sometimes if you try you get what you need I love the who yeah and the country needed Donald Trump back in office because the Democrats had gone crazy let’s think about how crazy they had gone they were flying Venezuelans into the country and then just putting them in cities now when they started doing that I started to think they are going to lose they started making genders up and and started putting windmills all over our Beaches they started printing money giving it to Detroit they’d opened up fact in Mexico to build these stupid cars nobody wanted they started emptying prisons so you’re looking at this stuff and they’re going crazy and then they’re telling everybody everything’s great and Joe Biden’s fine Joe Biden’s falling down he can’t remember where he is and they weren’t even good at the cover up remember you know my daughter Gigi when she hides she goes like this and she thinks you can’t see her that’s how bad the cover up was because it was just so blatant and then they’re telling you he’s great and then Donald Trump wins because he told the truth and he listened to the American people it’s not that hard he listened he told the truth and they just lied they said everything was great border secure you’re doing fantastic and people just got sick of it um he is now going to be president during some great times he’s going to be president during the 250th anniversary of this country that’ll be a party he’s going to be the president during the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles the World Cup so we’re going to get everybody together uh I hope we can get things straightened out for this country and it’s a good day it’s morning in America again it was beautiful it was sunny and I spent a lot of time Outdoors good morning good morning D all right let’s go to judge Janine well you know they told us that um he was unqualified to be president and they tried to prove it over and over again by impeaching him and then indicting him and then convicting him and by the way did you notice in the last month no Democrat has been saying and he’s been guilty he was found guilty of 34 felony counts they knew that the American people didn’t buy it so in spite of all the things they threw at him he won the popular vote the electoral vote and then they said you know he’s got to unify America the way I saw it last night when he came out on that stage America was behind him 77 million Americans were behind him they were plus seven in the blacks plus six in the Hispanic Community plus 10 in the youth community and plus two in women these were people who believed in him in spite of everything that they threw against him and you know Americans didn’t feel at home in America they were told that we have have drag queen Story Hour for your children in school and they were told that you know if your kids want a transition you know we don’t really have to tell you about that and by the way everybody coming through that border you know we’re vetting them when they weren’t and we had murders and rapes and sexual abuse because they didn’t do their job forget about the fact that we’re a Sovereign Nation but when you open the doors at least check out who they were and it was over and over again crimes being committed letting them out of jail and don’t let don’t underestimate Co there was a covid carryover in this vote none of us forget what it was like when you couldn’t go to church and you had to be six feet apart and we couldn’t talk about it because they got rid of our first amendment rights and it went on and on and this was an America that said we don’t buy into it I’m not into this privileged stuff all my friends are Black and Hispanic and my family is this color and that color we don’t see RAC the way they did and they voted for that man big time in 2020 Biden said um I’m the normal candidate like return to normal and in a way I feel like Donald Trump did that this time because the left had gone so far left you said we could return to some common sense policies here and he won so big in the Electoral College and the popular vote that now the Democrats don’t know what to complain about it’s a good point you know they went from a diddy party to a pity party and you’re you’re absolutely right what’s great about last night is that it was definitive no matter who wins uh be happy that it was kind of resolute and it was quick there’s really no gray area here either you know where either side can call out one thing or another the American people went from wanting something to deciding something there wasn’t and I’m not sure if this is working I’m not sure what I want to do it was we know it’s time we have to do something and you guys mentioned all the reasons why but it is like it is like leaving a bad relationship people take years to get out of a bad relationship they make excuses for it and they go like I don’t know if I should go and you want to go but you don’t but then there’s that time when you decide and you say this is it and I think that was what was going on last night I felt like it was like that’s why today when you’re walking around it’s so calm outside quiet it’s really quiet because you know sometimes a really solid loss is good for you cuz then you you yourself can move on it’s why I I was grateful Trump went in campaign to New York just to get more votes you may not get the electoral college but you got maybe a couple hundred thousand votes I don’t know I didn’t pay attention I love how the media hacks are saying how the his history will look back at this moment to make sense of this night and their their FA their favorite phrase is books will be written books will no you’re not getting out of it that easily you’re not going to leave it to the historians or just hacks like you but 30 years later you have to self-reflect now or you will never learn you have to figure out how did you miss this um you have to figure out could it be you it can’t be 70 million racists you know uh Scarboro calling Black and Hispanic men racist you know it’s like maybe it’s you Scarboro maybe it’s not America uh you know and and I came up with this phrase uh you know you can’t get bees with vinegar what do you say to that that’s fascinating yes yeah it’s better with it’s better with honey I find it that the media Democrat complex being so shocked and surprised that people react negative negatively to being treated poorly if you call everybody names racist sexist transphobic they’re going to become eup phobic and and then you look at their negative behavior go see they are racist no we just don’t like you anymore so I I would love to see some self-reflection I do a lot as you know I do a lot of self-reflecting all the time and I know that people are going to say we should show some Grace and be humble it’s hard to be humble and graceful to people that call you a Nazi I’m doing my best it’s hard to believe that they’re calling for a peaceful transition after calling everyone misogynist racist speciest fascist convicted felon you know but I’m going to try but doing a little gloating the um the historians better hurry because remember Michael B said on MSNBC that um if Trump wins the historians will be banned I already imprisoned one in my basement uh Jessica you’ve had some time to reflect as well we had some comments from you over throughout the 24 hours uh where are you right now I am here living unburdened by what has been and uh with the promise of the future congratulations to President elect Donald Trump and to those of you at the table who were supportive I think that there have been a good amount of Democrats who have understood what this was which was not only a repudiation of the Biden Administration which vice president Harris is part of um but the way the Democratic party has been doing business the last two cycles and a lot of the lessons that should have been learned from Hillary Clinton’s loss were not learned now and the 2020 election was an aberration election because it was a CO one and I think that you’re right judge about this being leftover from Co but not about people thinking about lockdowns but about inflation that that was one of the residues of all of this and that telling people well now it’s 2 and a half% so you should be thankful for that is not enough when their Necessities still cost more the 70% on the wrong track those are on almost impossible threshold to surmount but I’ve been thinking this kind of in two buckets that we had policy failures and we had personality failures so policy failures I think particularly on the cost of living inflation and especially on the border and that there was never a good answer for that and I’m not saying it would be impossible to have made the Gap you know certainly she would never have been on top but we could have made the Gap smaller on that by just being an honest broker about what happened what was the rationale for Pulling back a lot of Trump’s executive actions and not doing anything um and then on personality failures um there was a prison guard who was being interviewed this morning voted Clinton Biden now Trump why well I I don’t think that the party thinks good things about me I don’t think that the party thinks that I’m a decent person yep and when you constantly harp on and I am guilty of this myself you know well the college educator well what is that saying about everyone who doesn’t have that kind of degree and now it’s not just white working class and Bernie Sanders released a scathing statement about all of this but it’s now black working class and Latino working class it’s just the working class right but it’s so um lots to think about I think it does though come down to 47% thought she was too Progressive well only 32% thought he was too conservative and don’t forget that the administration played Gigi on immigration every day from the podium and from the uh at the White House and Department of Homeland Security secretary Mara said the border is closed and you’d ask Bill mjan any other reporters down there with you at the border not a single one and they’re they they paid a price and you know what it really is to Fox’s credit that bill malion was down there because nobody else was talking about Jenkins let’s give him a little credit yeah gri Griff and everybody else everybody else was down there all right up next what took so long KLA Harris Under Fire for delaying her concession speech after going radio silent kamla Harris conceding the race to president-elect Trump a fundamental principle of American democracy is that when we lose an election we accept the results while I concede this election I do not concede the fight that fueled this campaign on the campaign I would often say when we fight we win but here’s the thing here’s the thing sometimes the fight takes a while that doesn’t mean we we won’t win don’t you ever listen when anyone tells you something is impossible because it has never been done before Harrison the only one shouldering the brunt of the blame folks are pointing the finger at President Biden which is dangerous for his vep’s bruising loss has the conversation begun yet about Joe Biden and about the decision to ask him to step aside it will begin that will certainly be part of the discussion Democrats orchestrated a very public stab Fest a proverbial stabbing in the front of the sitting president of the United States of America and then didn’t use him in his hometown of Scranton Pennsylvania Biden should have dropped out a year ago or two years ago the timing I think of President Biden’s decision to step down after the debate something that if she does in fact lose will be under a microscope uh one senior official I just talked to said Biden will hold a lot of blame for it and frankly they said he should and Barack Obama putting out a statement he said quote I love Greg Gutfeld oh I’m sorry progress requires us to extend good faith and grace even to people whom we deeply disagree that’s some edgy stuff Jesse Yeah so what did you make of her coming out today not last night uh do you think she put any effort into it it seemed like kind of the greatest hits I noticed her tone was off she was smiling uh I just didn’t didn’t land for me it’s fine that she waited till today to do the big speech in front of everybody that’s fine but she should have called Trump last night I don’t know why she waited what she was waiting for but that’s fine uh kamla my sources are saying is definitely running again who are your sources kamla will run in four years mark my words I’ve never been wrong my sources also say that Obama is annoyed at Hillary for boxing him in and endorsing Kamala so quickly because it made him have to endorse and now his legacy doesn’t look as good uh I’m also hearing leaks that she lost because her people say that she has no political identity and she never responded to any of these attacks especially the one about the transgender surgeries and all that blaming Biden for not getting out earlier doesn’t make any sense because he did better than she did against Donald Trump and if they’ wanted to get Joe out earlier they could have primaried him a year and a half ago he didn’t also get out out because he wanted to they forced him out with a gun to his head so if any of the timing is there it’s because of them um they’re blaming Biden for the timing it’s his policies they lost because of the fundamentals of this race and and we talked about the things they screwed up but they screwed up things on purpose they actually broke the border on purpose it wasn’t incompetent they actually spent and printed trillions of dollars on purpose it wasn’t like oh they forgot to carry the one all of this was designed to do that so they can’t say you know it was a mistake it was incompetence no that’s why it’s hard to forgive but I will because I’m a bigger person Nome is very happy today Shapiro is very happy today Hunter Biden gets sentenced I believe next week he’s going to have to get pardoned in less than a week I don’t know how that’s going to go and then Biden’s going to have to invite Trump to the White House to sit next to each other so that what is that going to look like you’re just going to sit next to this fascist who’s saying you know he’s going to be a dictator and by the way let’s have coffee that doesn’t make any sense at all um I am looking forward besides getting the border and inflation straightened out we’re actually going to get to the bottom of Butler we’re going to get all of the files on that we’re going to get the files on the Epstein flight logs we’re going to get files on JFK hopefully we may even get files on Diddy so I love transparency across the board those aren’t priorities but those are things the American people deserve the say interesting uh was it not really but anyway Jessica fine I’m not giving you the EP files then you’re not interested fine my insiders have been talking about another conspiracy the fact that because Obama and Josh Shapiro were so close that he had told Shapiro do not take the VP job because this thing this dog ain’t going to hunt a phrase I just coined where did you hear that Greg I don’t know I was it was you know the tea leaves that’s a club cool um there is definitely a bit of the VP blame game going on I mean these margins 0.5% swing towards Trump and Wisconsin 18,000 votes 38,000 votes in Michigan 78,000 votes in Pennsylvania would Josh Shapiro have at least appeared as a moderating force we know that she didn’t do as well with Jewish voters as past Democratic candidates but I I do think I agree with Jesse that this was about the fundamentals of the race and I don’t know if you’ve seen that New York Times chart with the arrows the Red Arrows they are everywhere and they are all going in that direction I mean he outperformed 2020 every single place on the map and I don’t think that having a different VP on the ticket would have made a difference on that the only thing that probably would have had any shot at changing things would have been if there had been a real primary a year ago and maybe KLA Harris would have been victorious in it I I don’t know but maybe you would have had Gretchen Whitmer West Moore or Josh Shapiro at the top of the ticket and that could have been different but this was a fundamentals election and like I said a lot of people telling the Democratic party we don’t like what you’re selling judge what do you see next for kamla Jesse foolishly says she’s going to run again but we don’t take him seriously I see her as a regular on a new Housewives oh oh yeah that makes sense I don’t see her in government again I see her having a nice sh yeah a shab or chard or possibly you never know um okay let me tell you what what my thoughts are as everybody blames everyone else first of all when Joe Biden first ran he ran as a transition uh President we all got the sense that at some point during the first four years he was going to move out and let Kamala move in and if that’s what he told us anyway if you can believe them um so kamla during that time should have been the understudy to the president she should have been in all the meetings she had access to all the best experts to all the files to all the documents she should have been on her game ready to take it to the top but you know what she was lazy she was lazy she was angry she was toxic 94% of her staff quit they said she belittled them and she she didn’t she was lazy didn’t study enough so let’s get right to the bottom of it it’s her fault that she didn’t win it’s her fault that she H Biden or allowed him to hide for all that time because maybe she could have come out earlier and not just had a 100 days to campaign and for those people say she had 100 days to campaign and that’s too little that’s baloney too CU she ran for da she ran for attorney general she ran for United States Senator and then she was a VP and then she ran I mean how much of your life do you have to run for for office before people say she should have experience running for office she was the one who took radical stances never explained it didn’t come out she should have set herself up as a model for young women and shame on her for not doing it jny you are a model for young women and all women I might add especially the short ones yes short women need a a mentor yeah we really really do yes do you have anything you want to add to this that you haven’t said already elsewhere in other venues I think that the h of the campaign that um Oprah winfer used and and Harris used as well like the country’s going to fall apart and you’re never going to get a chance to vote again that was your last chance to vote America hope you enjoyed it um because now Trump is going to be there and he’s Hitler I must have been weird to call Hitler yeah and and have a conversation congratula yeah congrat we’d like I’d really like to congratulate you um see you see you in a couple of months at the inauguration um Hillary Clinton at least called Donald Trump in 2016 to concede uh she did not did that last night and that’s the story will come out there’s something I’m not you know I’m not very crazy but something happened but something happened I’m wondering what your sources are telling you because General mie Dylan the campaign chair she put out this statement 90 minutes before saying everybody can go home and go to bed I guess that included the candidate because then everybody had called the race it was called there was no way she was ever going to be named president and she doesn’t come back and she doesn’t even call him and say I called and conceded I’m give you a speech tomorrow at 4:00 I find that weird and I think that it’s rude um also I would say two last things people run for office because they want to solve problems and the presidency is a decision- making experience she did not solve any problems and she couldn’t make any decisions and she lost well done thank you coming up Democrats and the media are stunned by a resounding Trump win media going into meltdown mode over president-elect Trump’s resounding Victory Donald Trump has won the state of Wisconsin which means he is the winner of this race for so many of you watching right now that news is to say the least a lot to digest I’m profoundly Disturbed I’m worried about Mass deportation and internment camps I can’t help but wonder if the American people have given up on Democracy I’d like to know what that says about us as a country people who woke up this morning with a dream and are going to bed with with with a nightmare there’s a rumor Greg that you woke up and watched Morning Joe I did is there anything you like to tell it was great well I went to bed at midnight woke up at 5:00 and I watched it and and uh and I start and I it was a very strange situation because for three I think how long is that show 2 hours 3 hours n did not say a single thing it was as though they had drugged her I’m not saying they did I would never say that but anyway well what’s killing me on Morning Joe was that they claimed that there were a number of people there that claimed that Americans in America were not enlightened enough to embrace an interracial couple that had come up a couple of times forgetting that JD Vance’s wife is Indian I believe correct because I remember talking about her cooking him Indian food or something uh and it was it was also portraying like you know uh kamla marrying Doug M off as some great civil rights stride oh but they said America racist and sexist to elect a black woman excuse me Barack Obama anyone um joke uh but the funny thing is so good and this is gaslighting yeah uh no one actually said I’m not voting for Harris cuz she’s a black woman but there are a hell of a lot of Democrats who said they were voting for her because she was a black woman including Joe Biden who put her forward so you live by Dei you die by Dei MH identity politics is dead Dana yeah it’s also very hard to blame this loss on racism and misogyny when KLA underperformed Biden with black voters Hispanic voters and women okay so let’s stop that one of my favorite moments of the night was when this Canadian Broadcasting Company reporter she was at KLA Harris HQ and she lamented the fact that women who had planned to call this election November the 5th were not allowed to do that that was a bummer also Christina Applegate she tweeted that her child was crying because she’s worried about losing her her rights why would you tell your child who lives in California that her rights are about to be taken away like you live in California was your child by the way I I don’t I don’t I didn’t I don’t know because I didn’t do enough research um but I also think it’s important to recognize that when faced with a barrage of trump is a Nazi Hitler authoritarian your average voter was like i’ just like to be able to afford eggs thanks so do you believe that this is just a momentary moment of self-reflection and they’re just going to go back to Warfare tomorrow or where do you see the media going and by they do you mean me and what tomorrow will look like on the show uh I think that for people who get it already um this is a sobering moment that will last a long time because people do want to win elections that I mean the midterms are going to come up if Trump has the Senate and the house then the midterms I mean historically speaking should be good for us and want to seize upon that um I did not I understand there are always going to be some people out there that don’t vote for a candidate because of racism or sexism I did not see that as a through line here and you can even look back that Barack Obama was made president and Hillary Clinton the Coalition held for her they were going to elect a female president Latino voters black voters young voters lgbtq plus voters Etc so I don’t think that was part of it what I think is such crazy dereliction of Duty though on the part of these pundits is that every pollster in the world told you this was a tossup race and that there would be a polling error in One Direction if it was 0.5 points or more in Trump’s direction or 1.5 to two points in KLA Direction you were going to have a sizable win in either direction and that’s exactly what you got the forecasts were correct it was a tossup with a normal polling error that went in Donald Trump’s favor and we’re going to have a report on the most accurate and least accurate pollers on Jesse wat’s time excellent I hope you have an aner whatever Selter Selter judge jine my queen look all all they did was basically tell us that we were wrong and not capable of thinking for ourselves and so they were like on this alter of of moral superiority and in the end uh they kept saying we know what’s best for you we know what’s right for the country we know that he’s bad for democracy and you know they really have to wonder how it is that the guy uh that they called Hitler and musolini and a fascist and a Nazi how that guy couldn’t even be beaten by kamla I mean they have to sit down and look like and say to themselves you know what maybe the American people are smarter than we thought they were and I think that’s what they have to sit down and recognize you can’t pull the wool over our eyes and tell us you’re smarter than we are cuz you’re not mhm well I just want to give you credit judge J for being so restrained after that Landslide Victory I thought you were going to come in here and Spike an actual football in Jessica’s face well you didn’t see me last night okay I heard about it coming up a big reason why Trump won is voters in Liberal cities Donald Trump not only securing a blowout Victory he completely changed the map for Republicans by doing much better in big Democrat run cities like Chicago and New York who were tired of their crime-infested streets and Fox News voter analysis shows how Donald Trump overperformed from his 2020 vote share women by two points Hispanic voters by six points black voters by seven points and young voters by 10 points all right um Greg I’ll go to you first yes okay now there’s no question the big cities have suffered their crime infested because of a lot of the uh decisions to defund the police Etc do you attribute that to the increase in big city numbers for Republicans you know I think that you know the Dems will say that the Trump exploited fear as if they didn’t do the same thing there’s a big difference these fears are real whether it’s crime and illegal immigration that fueled more crime inflation at least these fears existed the Democrats had uh focused on hypothetical fears I have a crazy Theory and that is the the elites forgot about accountability being an UPS scale liberal whatever Elite you can live your life independent of everyday concerns that whether it’s the price of eggs or trying to think the subway uh then suddenly you’re held by this unseen group who says we’re done that’s the election I think it’s really shocking that they people are wait I didn’t know people voted on this stuff right you know Co lockdowns no there’s no votes on that immigration a lot of this stuff we never voted on crime reform it just happened wait a minute no no one stopped us before how did this happen thank you Dan well um the other just the other day KLA Harris refused to take a position on um prop 36 which would is in California which would undo Prop 47 which was put in place when she was there which basically made shoplifting legal and 70% 75% of the people in California said we don’t want this anymore we don’t want this soft prosecution anymore and gasone our friend there in Los Angeles the da he lost by 22 points I love it and so you had the White House constantly telling you that act well actually crime is down look at the statistics crime is down and you had 7 how how often would you get people in California to agree by that large a margin on anything and so now they want shoplifting to be illegal but the other the other city that had a movement to the right didn’t win it but to the right was Chicago yeah yeah Chicago fed up uh I mean with a lot of the immigration issues yeah he went to the Bronx he won Miami Dade Miami Dade big Latino vote he won Dearborn Michigan Muslims Arab boat so he didn’t take anybody for granted kamla Harris did and that was really the difference so now there’s a working class Coalition some would say a Rainbow Coalition Jessica that if they can lock this in and expand it it’s really built to last because the Democrats now are basically the party of wealthy Coastal Advanced degree atheists and that’s a very small group of people so if they can expand this party because the next election is like you know he’s termed out after four years so it’s either Vance or it’s D santis if they can continue this working class America First populist momentum this could really take advantage of what the Democrats have done which is basically forget about the American people they forgot about the American people Jessica and they didn’t pay attention to the numbers that seven out of 10 thought country was headed in the wrong direction and Beyonce and Taylor Swift and all of them weren’t enough to change their minds yeah I don’t I don’t think the celebrity stuff mattered in this I re I really do think it was just the fundamentals like it was the right track wrong track it was do you feel better off than you know four today than you were four years ago Etc and that’s what people went and voted on um the question of the permanence of the Coalition is an interesting one because Donald Trump is an anomalous person on every level and people who might not necessarily like some of the things that he says have it in their minds like well he’s not really going to do that or we know that Donald Trump was pro-choice for most of his life now he’s a the leader of the Republican Party he is definitely taking a pro-life position but I’ve spoken to many people who say that they don’t think that he’s someone who would ever favor a National Abortion ban for instance because he’s someone who has this kind of background and that allows him to weave as he would say between these different communities so do the does the broe continue to turn out I’m not really sure but one thing that I think is interesting especially since the Harris campaign began as the joy candidacy is that you see a lot of people especially younger people and he did really well with 18 to 24 year olds especially men that they felt like it doesn’t have to be that serious and you guys always say this to me like liberals take everything as like life or death like we’re not going to have a climate or we’re not going to be able to get up tomorrow and I think that people showed up and just said I might not even really like him but I don’t want to be told this guy is falling every single day for the next four years mhm I hope you’re right I hope you’re right too but it really is a question of exaggerating to the point where you try to fearmonger that’s just my thought what got to do M done for [Music] we at this hi we got to do well we’re done foreign spee H Mo again Mo fore speech look at the s we at the ch look at the way
