Now we come to our phyllo pastries. I found it so spontaneously that I had one piece of phyllo dough left. I cut it into pieces, you can tear it off with your hands if you want, it doesn’t make any difference. After cutting it like this, I separate it into pieces with my hand so that it can be airy, then I put the phyllo dough into the mixture I have prepared. I didn’t put them all at the same time, so that the phyllo dough doesn’t get stuck together and it doesn’t turn into dough. Now, carefully, without crushing the phyllo dough and turning it into dough, my sauce combines it well. Yes, like this. I had a 24 cm pan. I added a tablespoon of butter into the teflon pan. Then we cook it on low heat, carefully moving the pan on the stove like this until the bottom is golden brown, then we will turn it upside down. It can be for breakfast or for five o’clock tea.
