I felt like I was going to be sick. Drink a ginger drink with plenty of vitamins immediately. I must be prepared financially and spiritually for Ramadan. Time flies so fast. It seems like last year’s Ramadan month has just ended. Do you feel the same way?

Since I want to pray more during Ramadan and spend less time preparing meals, I prepare an efficient freezer. I’m starting with a recipe that is a must in our freezer. I am currently making exactly 3 measurements. I will pin the single measurement recipe for you in the comments section.

The most delicious raw meatball recipe to be made at home, without using a robot. The biggest secret is to knead it with plenty of olive oil.. and of course knead it for at least 1 hour.

Raw meatballs become even more delicious when they come out of the freezer. They are also a savior in terms of variety in guest menus. I have prepared the ingredients. I prepare the stuffing for the freezer pastry until the bulgur swells a little. First, I fry the ground meat.

Lots of onions for a delicious pastry 🙂 and some tears. I just added salt and pepper and let it cool. Meanwhile, I mix all the ingredients with the bulgur that has swollen enough and start kneading it. I squeeze the juice from the onion and add it.

Look at what my mother did. We ran out of curd cheese. :) I reserve the water to use instead of milk in pastries. Boiled chickpeas for soup or rice in the freezer. One of the must-haves: boiled wheat. It is practical to use in cold soups. I will marinate the breast meat I saved yesterday and put it in the freezer. Ingredients for marination that will enhance the flavor of breast meat. I make the same recipe for barbecue: onion, yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, chili peppers, black pepper, salt, cumin, thyme. It is very comfortable to prepare iftar with the items in the freezer during Ramadan. Especially on days when I am off duty. I'm chopping it into cubes because I'm going to sort it into garbage bottles. A wonderful iftar menu with the lavash I made.
