I've paid into Social Security since I started working in my teens until I retired, so what I get I paid for it its not Welfare! Must people on Welfare have been on it for many generations, it should be for assistance until you can ho to work!!! You should get Food Stamps, Health Care, Monetary Assistance for a Family of Four for 5 years, no more and that should be gauge by the first child born so a total of 5 years.. The person receiving assistance should be required to take schooling or take a job that they can learn on the job!!!
