Single Dough Yeast-Free Pastry Recipe, Yeast-Free Mini Pizza Recipe

Materials
*for dough:
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup of yoghurt
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 3.5/4 cups of flour (add 1 cup of flour little by little depending on the consistency of egg or yoghurt)

*poga filling:
– 2 small potatoes
– salt / pepper

– 100 g white cheese or curd
– dill / parsley (a pinch)

*pizza mixture:
– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (I used 2 different brands in the video, but they are both tomato paste)
– half a teaspoon of thyme
– 100 g cheddar cheese
– sausage, sausage, corn, green pepper (anything you have at home can be added)

*glass size is 200ml
*oven setting bottom/top open, 200 degrees

– unleavened pastry 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown
– mini pizzas for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to brown

*I only mix half and half whole wheat flour in every recipe because the consumption of regular white flour bothers me (intolerance).

Breakfast recipes series, first recipe. I used two eggs for the dough. But I reserve the yolk of one of them. I also mix the yoghurt and add the dry ingredients on top. I use it by mixing regular flour with whole wheat flour. But all normal white flour will also work.

You can see all the details of the ingredients in the description of the video. I boiled two small potatoes beforehand. I peeled them, crushed them and added salt and pepper. I crushed white cheese in another bowl. I added a pinch of dill and parsley. I divided the dough into two parts.

For the first recipe, I used a rolling pin to roll out a rectangle slightly thicker than half an inch. I put the potato mixture on half and the cheese mixture on the other half and spread it well. I cut finger thick strips. I wrapped it like a role. I connected the ends.

I spread egg yolk on them and sprinkled black cumin and sesame seeds on some of them. I am making the other recipe. I added some thyme and water to the tomato paste and brought it to a spreadable consistency. You can use whatever you have at home.

I rolled out the dough to the size of my palm. I added tomato paste, cheese and other ingredients in order. others are ready. They turned into layers of beautiful rolled pieces. mini pizzas are also ready. Bon appetit to those who will do it.
